NVIDIA’s RTX Spark laptops are officially available, bringing Blackwell RTX graphics, up to 128GB of unified memory and the full NVIDIA AI platform to slim, premium Windows laptops starting at $2,399. What’s inside the RTX Spark laptops?
The RTX Spark lineup pairs NVIDIA’s Blackwell RTX graphics architecture with up to 128GB of unified memory, aimed at letting creators and gamers run demanding local AI workloads, content-creation tools and games without needing a desktop tower. Prices start at $2,399, and NVIDIA says more laptops from additional PC makers are coming soon. Developers and AI enthusiasts can also explore NVIDIA-tested recipes and playbooks for running local AI directly on these machines.
A worldwide launch party, with a surprise from Jensen Huang
To mark the release, NVIDIA threw retail launch celebrations in six cities worldwide. In Berlin, the launch coincided with the Festival of Lights, an annual autumn art festival, and the city’s TV Tower was lit up with RTX Spark-themed visuals. Fans gathered at XPERION, the gaming venue inside Saturn at Alexanderplatz, to try out RTX Spark laptops from leading PC makers and check out gaming, content-creation and local AI demos.
NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang made a surprise appearance at the Berlin event, greeting the crowd, handing out popcorn, taking selfies, and giving away five personally signed RTX Spark laptops.
The celebrations continued around the globe: a large crowd turned out at the JD MALL Shuangjing Store in Beijing, while Vatan Bilgisayar Topkapı in Istanbul hosted interactive demos and programming from local creators. In Seoul, the COEX East Lobby became a hub for hands-on demos and evening sessions on gaming and AI, and tech fans in San Francisco visited a local Best Buy for demos, fireside chats with local founders and an appearance by tech influencer iJustine. In Taipei, the Muse Garden hosted the local AI community for an evening of music, discussion and product showcases.
